Dr. Emily Eckdahl

Hi Friend!

Like you, I’m passionate about my family. It’s that kind of love that drives us to treat every patient we serve. My father owned a private practice medical office while I was growing up, and it was his one-on-one, traditional approach to family care that inspired me to practice the way I do.

I believe the world needs more love, and love begins with a smile! That’s what we’re about – crafting smiles that boost confidence, bring happiness, and spread more love in the world. And rest assured, we'll always remain family-owned, family-operated - so that patients always come first.

Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, I moved to Milwaukee to attend Marquette Dental School. I live in the lovely community of Brookfield with my husband, two kids (Scarlett & Peyton) and our German Shepherd (Ember).When I'm not serving patients, I enjoy home remodeling, gardening, cooking with my family, trying new restaurants, and exploring area parks with our kids.

I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our dental family.

Holley

Office Manager

Holley brings over 25 years of experience in dentistry, with a background spanning orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and anesthesia. She later transitioned into administrative roles as a treatment and insurance coordinator before becoming an office manager. Holley holds numerous certifications in dental assisting, radiology, anesthesia, orthodontics, and leadership development. She is passionate about patient care, education, and mentoring teams to create a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Outside the office, Holley enjoys traveling, camping, time at the lake, walks, and making her famous brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

Joanne

Patient Care Specialist

Joanne joined our office in 2025 but first worked with Dr. Eckdahl early in her career. She brings more than 10 years of dental office experience and now serves as our patient coordinator, helping patients stay on track with their oral health. Joanne enjoys connecting with patients and creating a friendly, helpful experience at every visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling to the Wolf River in Fremont, and staying active through barre, hip hop, boating, and outdoor adventures.

Maddy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Maddy earned her AAS in Dental Hygiene from MATC Milwaukee. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked as an orthodontic assistant, where she developed her passion for dentistry and patient care. Maddy is dedicated to creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and cared for like family. Outside of work, she enjoys walks, concerts and festivals, cuddling her cats, drinking coffee, and anything pickle-related.

Caitlyn

Registered Dental Hygienist

Caitlyn graduated from Madison Technical College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She previously worked as a pediatric dental assistant, gaining valuable experience in patient care and communication. Known for her gentle touch and warm personality, Caitlyn is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spending time outdoors, and being with her friends and family.

Becca

Registered Dental Hygienist

Becca has been part of our team since 2019 and sees patients on Thursdays. She has practiced as a dental hygienist since 2004 and loves building lasting relationships with her patients, whom she considers like family. Patient comfort and oral health are always her top priorities. Outside of work, Becca enjoys time with her husband and two yellow labs, weekends at her cottage, cycling classes with friends, backyard bonfires, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Vicki

Registered Dental Hygienist

Vicki joined our team in 2008 and has been a valued part of the practice ever since. She earned her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Madison Area Technical College before moving to Milwaukee in 1990. Vicki enjoys collaborating with her colleagues while also forming meaningful one-on-one connections with patients. She loves traveling—especially her yearly trips to Mexico—as well as cheering for the Brewers and Packers. In the summer, she takes full advantage of Milwaukee’s outdoor activities and spends time up north with family and friends.

Elaine

Dental Assistant

Elaine has been with our office since 1988 and is known as both an outstanding dental assistant and the go-to for keeping everything running smoothly. She loves helping patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles and has been a cornerstone of our team for decades. Elaine is married with three children and seven grandchildren who keep her busy. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys remodeling projects and gardening.

Anna

Dental Assistant

Anna is originally from Door County and has called Milwaukee home since 2023. She enjoys assisting patients and supporting the team with her warm, positive energy. Outside of the office, Anna and her husband love hiking with their two cats, exploring new food spots around the city, and riding motorcycles. She enjoys discovering new adventures while making Milwaukee feel like home.
